Barr Trail and the incline opened back up yesterday (Sunday). I just got an e-mail that the Barr Trail Mtn race (July 15th) is cancelled In response to: The cog was closed yesterday, but they've opened back up again today. Everything I've seen online indicates that the highway is still closed. I just pulled up the Peak cam and it looks pretty deserted up there.
