Hi to all the PPM vets,
I'll be arriving a week early and plan to take the train, one-way, up and then walk/run the trail down to the bottom - just to see what the trail is like and what the altitude does to me. Is it possible to take a wrong turn on the trail and get lost while doing down? With the marathon only a week away, I won't be running hard - to preserve muscle strength. Does this sound reasonable?
