Incline Fan, thanks for the advice. I've seen that chart before and have decided to print and tape it to my water bottle with splits for the 3:30, 4:00 and 4:30 finish times. That way I can better keep track of how I'm pacing.

To help keep you on pace "for any desired finish time" check out the link below. Just punch in your desired time and it will automatically give you the splits you need. You'll be amazed at how "slow" your needed time is to Ruxton, and Hydro, top of Ws... conserve your energy.
