So, a flatland runner here, and for the rest of week, how should I run? and where? Garden of the Gods? I'm thinking of trying to find trails that about at 8000-9000 foot range, and just putting in a like 4 miles tomorrow and thursday. Is that bad? too much? or no help? The milage is well under my normal, so I'm still telling myself that I'm tapering.
