Since i'll be doing the NWS forecast this weekend, thought I'd share my forecast with the board for those interested:
Can't really ask for much better weather for the races, especially given past events. The monsoon will be suppressed by dry air moving in from the west, especially Saturday. A disturbance will move through northeast CO Sunday, but it looks like it will be late enough in the day that it should not impact the marathon. It will be a little on the warm side, especially Sunday, but nothing unusual. Winds will be light both days, probably under 10 mph even above treeline.
Sat: Manitou am: near 70 , afternoon low 80s

Sun: Manitou am: low 70s, afternoon mid 80s.
