Matt's book has been unavailable for years despite high interest in it. In the age of PDFs and amazons, how hard can it be to make it available online? Assuming Matt carpenter still owns the rights to it, I'd encourage him to publish his book as a PDF and charge per download. Or use amazons servce for printing out of print books.
