Beginning my preparations again for this year's challenge for the youth in my hometown of Stewartville, MN. I am again challenging them to log at least 24 hours of physical activity between now and April 30. My part...again...is to run/walk around Stewartville for 24 hours from April 29-30. I have set up a site for people to go to for more info and to sign up to show their support and committment to an active lifestyle.
