Thanks! I was thinking of having my family send me some to try out. Some people have mentioned mixing them in with their gatorade which seems like it would be less harsh on the stomach and bad taste wouldn't be as much of a problem. I do however have plenty of access to Chia, which I have heard good things about, so I am experimenting with that as well. I have tried having a spoonful mixed with yogurt before a run and made it into a gel to use during a run. I really appreciate the advice.
