Living in Chicago I will be chained to the treadmill for 99% of my uphill training. Does anyone know if an elevation breakdown (grade%/ distance) that I can program in the 'mill to best simulate the course? In the past I've have just done 15% for 60 minutes but would like to fine tune things for this go around. For example if the first 1/2 mile is 6% grade and the then rises to 9% over the next mile, etc., I'd like to be able to "feel" that during my training to prepare the best I can. Thanks!
