I published that chart in a previous year. BTW the distance to Ruxton Ave should be 0.45 miles. Since most treadmills can only adjust the slope/incline in whole units, I rounded them off and since most treadmills have a maximum slope/incline of 15%, I made some adjustments to the adjacent segments to compensate. A simpler chart is shown below. Also you may want to use Matt’s Pace Chart for the comparing your pace as you run the simulation for it contains many of the same points. See the link below http://www.skyrunner.com/pace.htm (Scroll down to the bottom of the page) Point Dist Slope Start ---- ---- 3% Ruxton Ave 0.45 6% Hydro Street 1.25 15% Join Barr Trail (Aid Sta) 1.65 15% Incline Overlook (Aid Sta)2.80 12% Top of Ws 3.02 12% No Name Creek 4.30 12% Bob's Road (Aid Sta) 5.30 3% 7.8 Mile Sign 5.90 7% 1/2 mile to Barr Camp Sign 7.00 11% Barr Camp 7.60 12% Bottomless Pitt Sign 8.70 13% End of BP Switchback 9.40 13% A-Frame Aid Sta 10.20 14% 2 to go Sign 11.30 15% Cirque (Base Aid Sta) 11.90 11% 1 to go sign 12.20 11% Start of 16 Golden Stairs 13.02 %15 Finish 13.32
