I'm there almost every day... there is free parking all along Ruxton (except by the Chatou). If you park a bit lower down Ruxton in the residential area, your car will be mixed with residents (still only 1/4 mile from the TH at best) If you park higher up and closer to the COG depot ant TH, your car will stand out at night. Some have been broken into. I'd recommend parking with locals so it looks like it belongs there... the TH is $5 for a 24 hr period and you can pay for multiple days but is remote and subject to tampering.
