Drive... the Cog is a nice ride but too risky to catch a finisher if that is you goal. The drive is very scenic, and you have much more flexability. Be prepared for any kind of weather (ie, bring warm clothes) as you won't be able to just sit in your car to stay warm... you have to shuttle the last 3 miles to the top. But, when you catch your finisher,,, you can shuttle back to Devils Playground where you car is with you finisher... and drive down at a leisher pace together. You can also cheer on all the other runners while waiting... we love it! The announcers are great and broadcast finishers as they come up and cross the finish line.
