Beat the lightning to A-frame is one thing that pops in my mind every year. In 08 I started seeing runners coming back down when I was still 20 min. from A-frame. When I reached tree line I was told "If you are cold do not go out there." Well I wasn't cold then but it didn't take long and I was thinking this is unbelievable.
