What the PPM management should have done is just offer a nice Brooks Hi-Tech shirt with the logo. The shirt company could then order the shirts based on interest by a specific date of who is in and who is out. The bottom line it is our dollar and our accomplishment. I would much rather spend my hard earned money on a quality item then the crap being offered. Sorry but is is crap - no easy way to say it. Events like the Boston Marathon use Addidas which is a known level of high quality, seriously "leslie Jorden" ?? Which most of the shirt company supplier is and what we have bee given as race shirts in the past..you can see at the expo the items being sold the last 2-years were Saucony - compare the quality of those jackets or half zipshirts to what is being sold over at the Pike Peak "offical bouth" and you will see that what is available for the most part is garbage. Most of us are after the PPM logo and end up having to purchase what is there and it is sad. Again it is our dolllar. I will spend more to get the quality item every time and I understand some are on a budget. But if you put in the training, traveled and achieved the accomplishment you had your goals on then most will want something to commemorate it and will appreaciate quality items available for sale. This is an easy thing for Ron to fix going forward -
