With the exception of the two at Barr Camp, there are no facilities anywhere along the course.
So treat it like any other trail based ultra. Go perpendicular to the course for about 20, 50, 100ft and do your thing (just watch for switchbacks so that you are not right next to the course by accident). Be courteous to the folks who will follow you once you rejoin the race and make sure you wipe well.
And one other thing, get er done below treeline. But if you get in a bind the 2 mile to go sign has some big boulders you can hide behind. Just go straight rather than making the left and proceed for about 30' or so.
