Brad: If you intend to go up this weekend, be prepared for anything. The lower sections below Barr Camp should be relatively clear with little or no snow on the trail. That will change once you get above Barr Camp, and will definitely change above tree line.
Above tree line you will likely encounter knee deep or higher snow in many places. You will probably lose the trail as well. And you may well encounter snow storms that can be blinding. I would bring plenty of warm clothing. If you have not experienced postholing and/or are not comfortable with it, you might want to bring ski poles. If we get more snow this week, snow shoes might be in order.
