During the 2010 PPM I went through 2L of water up, 2L of water down, stopped at every aid station, drank water and Gatorade, ate salty food and did about 6 gels. I was still thirsty, and NEVER went to the bathroom the entire race. I'm ok with the fact I'm going to have to use an h2o pak during the race but is there something wrong with the amount of h2o I consumed? Or is this normal?
