I will be visiting Colorado during the week of June 18-24 and was hoping to summit Pikes Peak. Since I don't have many hills or mountains where I'm from (East Coast) and I've never done it before, I'd feel more comfortable making the trip with a partner. If you're interested, please let me know. From what I've read, we'd probably need to start early in the morning; 5am perhaps? I've recently ran a 50-miler last year so I'm fairly certain I can handle such a tough task. I look forward to any responses. Thank you.
