Manitou Springs underwent mandatory evacuations this morning at 1:30 due the the Waldo Canyon fire which started around noon Saturday 6/23. The fire is burning on across the canyon north of Manitou, but northerly winds have it moving south. Several neighborhoods on the west side of Colorado Springs have also been evacuated. The fire is already over 2000 acres. Please pray for favorable winds and rain.
