I too am from Kansas (Lenexa). I've been training on the hilliest courses I can find, and I'm shooting for a 4:30 finish. I've never done a full marathon, but I've done 2 halfs, with my best time being 1:46:xx. I think I'll stick with my trusty running shoes.
