So there is information about driving up to catch a bus to the top of the peak. You can't drive up all the way. Be prepared to hang around a long time up there. My friend was informed it would take her longer to get to the top (as a vistor) than it took her. She was up there a long time. It was cold & windy. I think she spent more time at altitude. It was worth it seeing her, but friends and family need to be prepared. Good chance the ascenter will take longer than expected, window of them showing is LARGE and wait time for spectator will be long and miserable. But totally was worth it for both of us....her to see me survive, me to have someone at the top to hug me!!
