The three most common brands are S-caps by Succeed http://www.succeedscaps.com/products/s_caps/ E-caps also known as Enduralytes by Hammer Nutrition http://www.hammernutrition.com/products/endurolytes.elt.html?gclid=CIeI663P0bECFYVgTAodA2IAtw and Saltstick Caps by Saltstick http://www.saltstick.com/products/sscaps/cfeatures.htm You need to find which one works for you, and if somebody is offering you salt tabs along the way you need to find out which kind they are, because S-caps have about 6 times the sodium of E-caps so you don't need nearly as many.
