One word - roll stretch all the muscles along the back of the leg with a roller. doing "regular" stretches will only serve to irritate the Achilles tendon. Using a roller limits the stretching to the specific area that you are rolling on, allowing the Achilles to heal, while reducing the muscularly induced strain on it.
