get on the skyrunner link and print yourself out a pace chart based on an assumed finish time. If you're from Colorado and reasonably aclimated, I would add 15 to 20 minutes to your best marathon time to get a realistic finish time. I would go with a 12 to 20 ounce hand-held bottle.
