Incline on Friday?

I'm doing the Ascent for the first time this year (Wave 2). Any reason I shouldn't do the Incline at a moderate to slow pace on Friday? I've done it once, the last time I was in CO Springs, and I loved it. It wasn't "THAT" taxing, but I thought I'd seek counsel from the more experienced.
