No you're reading the forecast correctly Scott, it's currently 39 and winds are about 10 gusting to 20, a bit less than I originally expected, as i mentioned above. Note that the point forecast you reference is basically for an averaged point that works out to be about 400 feet lower than the summit elevation. It's generated off a digital database that has grids spaced about 2.5 km apart.
