Back in 2010 I arrived the Saturday before the race and spent 4 days at 10,000 ft and also hiked to Barr Camp the Wed. before. Did some light training @ Barr Camp. Took the Cog to the Summit and did some light jogging up there. That was it, and it worked great for me. No altitude problems.
