Thanks, Karl. Can you tell me what % of Max HR your 180 was? Also, you say it was pretty much pegged at 180 for most of your ascent. Did it decrease much when you walked? Thanks. In response to: My n=1 for PPM, but my HRM was pegged at 180 for most of the ascent. Not a comfortable place to be. Dropped to 160's as soon as I turned around at the top. I am a flatlander also.
