"The hay is in the barn" within 9-11 days out from the races so you won't do anything significant inside that window to improve overall fitness. But you don't want to just sit around on the couch either. Make sure you still get some strides & shorter tempo in to keep pep in the legs and get them primed for the race. Just back off overall volume in the 10-14 days leading up to the race
