That link is to a used one, not a new one. It lacks the heart rate strap and more importantly, the charging block. The seller also explicitly notes that they had issues with it holding a charge. I would not pay $120 for that unit. Period. It is functionally a paperweight, and a very poor one at that. Expanding the search out a bit, Amazon.com does have a few used ones starting at about $150 or so for units that do not have obvious issues with them. The new ones start at over $300 (a total rip off). If you can find a decent 305 at a decent and well discounted price, then great. The key to remember is that they were selling for about $120 _new_ before they were discontinued. So it is hard to pay $30 more for a used one than what I purchased my last new one for.
