If you do it, Ice bath after. You will most likely be sore in morning. Personally, I would hike it after the ascent, that evening or next morning In response to: If you're going to do the Incline, do it Wed and do it very easy. I never do anything hard 2 days before a big race since the body will feel some delayed soreness 2 days later
