I've run the Ascent 4 times and always bring a cheat sheet of splits just as you describe. But I'll caution that the pace calculator is designed for runners who have trained a lot at altitude. Coming from lower down, you likely won't be able to maintain your pace above treeline/A-Frame. Maybe shoot for the 3:30 splits (which will still feel extremely slow for the first mile+), then plan to lose some time over the last three miles.
