I found out this week that I was accepted again by the Alzheimer's Association to run 2014 Boston Marathon. After I set a PR at the 2013 BM (3:56:03), I would like to get more sophisticated about my running. Therefore, I think I may actually spend some money to get a watch that allows me to measure my time/splits, etc. (I have been running with a simple stopwatch-like watch). What have you found works best?
