I'll probably be wearing my Hokas. Although many things went wrong in my most recent marathon, my feet did not hurt one bit, and the Hokas helped (road version). I did the Bandera 25k in my trail hokas, and was really impressed with how they kept me upright and not sliding all over. In response to: I wore Brooks Adrenaline (my regular) running shoes and had no problems. I look at runners shoes before the race and see everything. One lady goes bar foot. Some runners wear 2 pair of socks. In response to: Anyone running the Peak in Hoka's? After last year's foot pain disaster (I foolishly wore Brooks Pure Grits for the PPM), I'm thinking about picking up a pair of Hokas. Anyone have any thoughts on them?
