The following people are on the wait list, in the order shown.

Being on the wait list does not guarantee that you will get into
the race.  When a registered runner cancels, the next person on the
wait list will be notified by the race registrar.  At that time, the
wait list person should mail in the entry fee payment (and the Manitou
Springs Excise Tax).  When payment is received, your registration
information will be transferred to the regular registration list, and
you will be in the race.
